Welcome to The Language of Your Body.
I'm Christine, a Pilates teacher, caregiver, and mom who understands what it's like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, and unsure what kind of support you need in the moment.
I created this membership to be a resource you can return to when life feels like a lot.
The Language of Your Body is a place to explore what support feels helpful in the moment.
Rather than organizing practices by technique, you'll find a growing library of supportive practices organized around experience.
Whether you're feeling overstimulated, struggling to focus, needing a moment of calm, looking to reconnect with yourself, or simply unsure where to begin, you'll find support designed to meet you where you are.
Through breath, movement, sensory support, grounding, and rest, you'll find practices you can return to whenever you need them.
This is not about pushing harder or doing more. It's about creating space to listen, explore, and build a deeper relationship with yourself.
Over time, you may begin to recognize what your body is communicating and discover supportive ways to respond.
There is no right way to move through this library.
You might choose a short breathing practice before a meeting, a grounding exercise after a stressful day, a sensory support when life feels like too much, or a movement exploration when your body is asking to move.
Whether you have two minutes or twenty, you are invited to return to these resources whenever you need support and use them in the way that best meets your needs.
These practices are here to support you as you build trust in yourself and learn the language of your body.
Thank you for being here.
